Meet Angela “Ms. Angie” Baxter — A Passionate Leader, Educator, and Champion for Children
Angela Baxter, affectionately known as Ms. Angie, is a dynamic force in early childhood education with a heart for helping children thrive. With over 30 years of hands-on experience working with children and more than 35 years in teaching, management, supervision, and customer service, Ms. Angie brings unmatched energy, wisdom, and dedication to every program she leads.
A proud graduate of the University of Central Florida, Angela earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, followed by another Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Business Management and Operations from Miami Dade College. Her expertise is further strengthened by her Advanced Level Director Certification through Florida’s Department of Children and Families, qualifying her to lead early childhood, VPK, and aftercare programswith excellence and confidence.
Ms. Angie’s career spans across the country, with impactful work in Orlando, Maryland, Ohio, Georgia, and Miami, shaping high-quality early childhood programs and inspiring both children and educators alike. Adding to her diverse background, she also spent four exciting years at SeaWorld Orlando, where she worked in customer service, park operations, and guest information, sharpening her leadership and people-focused skills in a fast-paced environment.
Beyond her professional achievements, Angela is a proud parent of two incredible children who began training at United Martial Arts at ages 10 and 6. Through dedication and discipline, both have earned their Black Belts in Taekwondo and Blue Belts in Jiu-Jitsu—a reflection of the values Ms. Angie champions every day: perseverance, respect, and personal growth.
